As explained elsewhere on this site, during my career I have been (and am) involved in various projects which brought me all over Europe. This page will serve as an overview of the various activities undertaken by me in the capacity of historian.
Databases:
“Vincentian Missionaries in Seventeenth-century Europe and Africa: A Digital Edition of Sources from the Vatican Archives,” is a database containing sources tracing the activities of Vincentian missionaries in Europe and Africa. The included documents originate from the Vatican Archives and track the work of the Congregation of the Mission from its establishment to the end of the seventeenth century. I was active in this database as an editor and contributor. My responsibilities included making and correcting transcriptions, writing summaries as well as updating other documents of the database such as the biographical dictionary.
